Group / Section Booking Form

Playscheme is a free district event open to all ages within Scouting and Guiding. We a range of fun activities that run throughout the day, from craft to climbing and inflatable fun.

PLEASE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR GROUP TO ATTEND. Our volunteers work hard to ensure that Playscheme remains a free event. Please do work with us to keep it that way.

To promote Scouting and Guiding we encourage all youngsters to bring a friend. All ages are welcome every day, please feel free to attend more than once with your group. Scouts are able to attend unaccompanied providing the correct forms are completed.

 Where and when is Playscheme?

●       Monday 4th August 2025 to Thursday 7th August 2025.

●       Reception will be open from 9.30am

●       Bases open from 10am to 3pm 

●       Closing Ceremony will finish 3.30pm

●       Playscheme will be held at Condovers.

What to bring to Playscheme

Ensure all children are advised to wear suitable play clothes, and have wet weather clothes, hats, and sun cream. Neckerchiefs to be worn.

All Children need to have a packed lunch, and an appropriate drinks bottle that can be refilled if needed.

Health forms

Each leader is responsible for their groups health forms and medication. If a member of your group is planning to attend unaccompanied please ensure they complete and return a health form to us.

Car park

To each congestion at drop off and pick up times we request that you approach Condovers from Low Street and leave towards West Tilbury Village.
